Chris is extremely passionate about Customer Experience, automation and onboarding our new customers. Chris uses his ability to take complicated processes and automate them for a better user experience both within iT360 and for our customers. A specialist in Modern Workplace Environments, Chris is a part of the furniture and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Si has been with the iT360 family since 2003. He runs the tool that is on all our client’s machines and servers to keep them humming beautifully from Patch Management, Backups and many others. This iT360 Service Rockstar takes full control of all the unseen IT components that most people take for granted.

Brodie is a young man who is willing to learn and take on challenges. He picks up things fast and utilizes his knowledge to support our clients to the best of his abilities. This iT360 Service Rockstar is definitely someone our clients and the team can rely on to deliver great service. In pursuit of a well-balanced work-life routine, Brodie enjoys playing basketball, hitting the gym, walking dogs, and playing video games during his free hours. Additionally, he dedicates time to continuous learning, actively working to enhance his skills.

A man that is no stranger to the ICT landscape, Ross has seen near on three decades of change in this sector. From Telecommunications to IT, Ross has made a name for himself across Auckland for his approach to solution sales. Ross prides himself on having robust business conversations that lead to gaining better outcomes through the utilisation of better technologies and as iT360’s Senior Solution Consultant, you know you will be in good hands. In his downtime, Ross loves to get out on the water and fish. Once back on terrafirma, Ross loves to BBQ and share quality time with friends and family at his home north of the bridge.

Nic Cuc has been working in the IT industry for 15 years. He enjoys the challenges that the industry presents and the constant forward-moving platforms it’s based on. To wind down the working week, he enjoys playing rugby and spending time with his family. Nic is a team player both at work and at play. Jonathan is a bright, passionate engineer that has a wealth of experience troubleshooting complex technical issues. Committed to delivering outstanding customer service, Jonathan is eager to help clients maximise their IT infrastructure efficiency and ensure smooth operations. Outside of work commitments, Jonathan dedicates his time to his wife and child. Engaging in hobbies such as 3D printing and managing a Plex server adds leisure to his life. He also has a keen fascination for watching reality TV shows.

Colin has been working in the IT industry for 15 years. He is someone that lives out iT360’s value #2 – “Do What You Say You Will Do” by being super reliable with all he puts his hands to. A constant professional in all his work, Colin has been consulting and providing IT architecture for customers for years with significant skills across a number of technologies. In his leisure hours, he immerses himself in playing games, watching TV series and movies, engaging in DIY projects at home, and practicing Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA). Living in proximity to the beach, he enjoys taking walks and swimming.

With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, he brings consulting and design expertise across multiple areas such as cloud, cyber security, networking, and many more—everything any Kiwi business might need.

From designing and delivering multi-data centre infrastructure solutions to planning and executing cloud migrations, James isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves whenever needed. His approach combines simplicity, risk reduction, financial responsibility, flexibility, and more importantly, an eye on the future.
